Hi I’m Lizzie and I’m your Business Support Officer!

I am fun, loving and always active. I am a qualified fitness Instructor and aerial Instructor (I hang upside down for a living and make people sweat!)

I was never into sport as a child and would have classed myself as a couch potato, until I found Dance and Aerial at Uni, self-expression and Music was my key to exercising! For me fitness should never feel like a chore so I make it my mission to make fitness so much fun you don’t even realise you are exercising.
